Friendly and nice staff, it was excellent stay.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The venue was in a very central location just next door to Monterrey, taxi or uber and mall. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Guadalupe district.

The hotel was nice with a lot of clean rooms. The staff were nice and were around whole time. Its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close to everything, and in a safe area. In general the service was excellent.

I recently stayed at this place and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, with many restaurants just a quick ride away via taxi or Uber, and everything else was close by. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the free local telephone calls and the Wi-Fi was very fast. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax after a long day. Highly recommended!

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was very convenient for me. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. The parking was secure and I didn't have to worry about my car. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety on the continental menu. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast. The complementary breakfast was good with a good selection of foods. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. There’s a convenience store nearby for snacks.

Avoid this hotel if you don't speak Spanish. The staff were not friendly and they didn't speak English, making communication virtually impossible.
